Job Title: Account Executive Location: New York, NY Company: allwhere At Allwhere, we simplify the global procurement and management of IT assets, supporting companies with diverse work models--whether in-office, hybrid, or fully remote. We are a dedicated, growing team focused on scaling operations, expanding our reach, and enhancing our processes, all with a commitment to customer success. We're excited to add a Junior Account Executive to our team. This role will work across accounts of various sizes, supporting senior account executives and independently managing smaller accounts. We're looking for someone organized, customer-centric, and eager to contribute meaningfully to our sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

:

  • Account Management: Independently manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and driving growth opportunities.
  • Sales Support: Support Senior AEs with leads, providing support through research, meeting preparation, and follow-up activities.
  • Sales Processes: Follow and improve sales processes, including working to streamline order placement and fulfillment processes
  • System & Collateral Support: Support the development, build-out, and ongoing updates of sales systems and collateral
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with the customer success and operations teams to deliver a seamless experience for clients and help identify areas to expand account value.
Qualifications

:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of sales or account management experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent operational skills to work cross functionally to assist accounts
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in learning sales tech stack tools like HubSpot, Gong, Zoominfo, etc.
  • Basic understanding or interest in IT, hardware providers, and resellers (CDW, SHI, Insight, etc.) NVQCLNoI49
