Your mission? Help homeowners recover from hail and wind damage by guiding them through the insurance claims process. * No experience? Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: * Must be comfortable on a roof and climbing a ladder * Must have a valid drivers license and personal vehicle to commute to jobs * Must be comfortable dealing face to face with homeowners / people * Must maintain a professional appearance, including no visible facial or neck tattoos and no excessive piercings. * Must have a smartphone cable of taking photos and using apps * Must be willing and able to self-generate leads * Must be self-disciplined, motivated to succeed * Previous sales experience is helpful, not required * CAREER RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB DUTIES: * All of this will be trained by Valor for those new to the industry: * Inspecting homes and documenting storm damage (if any) * Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on the repair and insurance claim process * Sign sales contracts and related paperwork * Update the company CRM * Able to understand and explain an insurance scope * Willing to knock doors and other lead-generation opportunities * Must attend company meetings and trainings Benefits Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid training * Vision insurance Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Monthly bonus * Performance bonus * Weekly bonus
