We are in a recession/pandemic proof industry that has experienced tremendous growth in recent years. Currently, we have immediate openings available in our Denver office. Bartenders and Servers are not afraid of hard work. Bartenders and Servers are great with people. And Bartenders and Servers now know the value of working in a stable industry!! We are looking for highly motivated former bartenders and servers to start as an entry level sales consultant and become part of our team. You will learn the industry skills necessary in order to manage and grow your career at a company that offers plenty of growth opportunities. Combine your entrepreneurial sales talents with our proven time-tested systems, and you will be successful here. Management Training Program Overview Start as an entry level sales representative. We only promote from within and we only promote based on performance. We offer base pay during the first 4 weeks of training. Upon completion, you will be paid weekly based on performance. Our full time reps earn on average $2,000 per week. Once promoted to management, this will be a salaried position. Our goal is to have 2 more local managers ready for expansion by this time next year. * Learn how to conduct an in-depth process analysis of damaged property (roof, siding, gutters, etc.) * Conduct a property evaluation report to convince client to accept Reroof America contractor as their preferred contractor * Once you have hit required metrics, you will start learning how to train, develop and lead others to success. This involves a curriculum that will be discussed during the interview.
