Requirements Your Responsibilities: As the Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our sales team's success. Your responsibilities will include: * Training & Coaching: Masterfully train and coach sales reps to excel in selling our premium water filtration systems. * Motivating & Inspiring: Push your team to achieve and exceed sales goals while knowing when to provide support and when to challenge them to grow. * Performance Management: Provide ongoing mentorship, feedback, and performance evaluations to ensure continuous improvement. * Data-Driven Leadership: Monitor sales metrics and identify opportunities to optimize performance and drive results. * Collaboration: Work closely with company leadership to align sales strategies with overall business goals. * Culture Building: Foster a positive, high-energy work environment where excellence is celebrated and teamwork thrives.
