We are currently seeking an individual with basic to advanced office skills to assist our office staff with daily tasks. Skills Needed: * Good customer service * Inside sales experience a big plus * Answer incoming calls and other receptionist duties * Ability to add jobs to Google Calendar * Able to keep up with a fast pace environment * Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate * Good computer skills * Respond to questions and requests for information * Ability to work with little to no supervision * Ability to work under pressure / high volume calls * Trustworthy * Dependable * Be a go-getter not afraid to take on any task There will be a few other office tasks and projects to handle during the shift but very light clerical duties.
