We are located in Centennial, CO and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including: * Auto insurance * Home insurance * Life insurance * Retirement planning ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Pamela Buckland - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Enjoy a fun and environment with some flexibility to work remote occasionally, we are eager to have you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. * Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. * Prepare and present insurance quotes * Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. QUALIFICATIONS: * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Bilingual Spanish preferred * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
