As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, managing cash transactions, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail setting. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products that meet their needs. * Process transactions accurately using the cash register and point-of-sale (POS) systems. * Handle cash and credit transactions with precision, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. * Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits. * Maintain an organized and clean sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed. * Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support in their roles. * Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. * Engage in retail sales activities, actively promoting products to meet sales targets.
