As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, managing cash transactions, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products that meet their needs.
• Process transactions accurately using the cash register and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Handle cash and credit transactions with precision, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
• Maintain an organized and clean sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed.
• Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support in their roles.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Engage in retail sales activities, actively promoting products to meet sales targets. Experience
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience operating cash registers or POS systems is advantageous.
• Basic math skills are essential for processing transactions accurately.
