Sales Coordinators work with homeowners through making inbound and outbound calls, identifying the customer's needs, and ensuring that the Vivax Pros commitment aligns with their expectations in order to schedule an appointment for our sales closing team to meet with the homeowner. Compensation: Base Pay + Bonuses, expect to earn $53,000 - $65,000 your first year Duties and Responsibilities: * Qualify leads in our database and turn them into appointments for the sales team * Be able to use strong communication skills, and problem solving to overcome objections * Provide excellent customer service by educating homeowners about Vivax processes, products, and benefits as compared to other painting companies * Meet and exceed weekly benchmarks/goals and drive metrics What you bring to the team: * Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with an emphasis on listening, encouragement, and persistence * Hard working, drive, and self-discipline must be a go-getter with GRIT * High energy with a competitive drive and desire to hit goals * Highly organized and ability to multitask * Aptitude for quickly building rapport over the phone Our belief in and commitment to our core values (Pride, Perfection, Integrity, Enthusiasm, and Ownership) sets Vivax Pros apart and defines who we are.
