The R. A. Graham Company is a local, 3rd generation family business, looking for motivated employees willing to both learn and grow alongside the company. We're focused on constantly improving ourselves and the business. Job responsibilities include entering quotes and orders, taking calls, faxes and emails from both customers and outside sales representatives, solving issues in a professional manner and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Required skills include basic computer knowledge, attention to detail, organization, self-motivation, professional communication and working as part of a team. Hardware and customer service experience are preferred but not necessary, as we are willing to train new hires. High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred. Monday-Friday 8a-5p Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
