We offer awesome benefits, flexible work schedules, and dogs are always welcome in the office! * Responsibilities: * Direct sales of xSuite solutions to new clients * Supervises regional sales managers and implements national sales plans. * Determines annual goals for the sales team * Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual quotas for territories and projecting expected sales volumes for xSuite products. * Train new employees and ensure knowledge transfer * Maintains national staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees. * Plans, monitors, and appraises job results. * Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies. * Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results.
