Employee Benefits Insurance Assistant Tulsa, OK * LOCATION BancFirst Insurance Services, Inc. 220 E. 8th Street, Suite B Tulsa, OK 74119 * HOURS Full Time BancFirst Insurance Services, Inc. (BFINS) currently has an opening for an employee benefits insurance assistant position in our Oklahoma City office. Training will be provided. BFINS is a growing and dynamic independent insurance agency offering a very competitive compensation and benefit package. Must be proficient in the use of a personal computer and supporting software including, and not limited to Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Publisher and advanced proficiency in Excel preferred. * ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* include the following. Supports the Account Manager and Producer with tasks such as client marketing, preparation of materials for open enrollment, reviewing insurance applications, processing enrollments/terminations and changes with carriers, maintaining client data in the Agency Management System, and other job related duties and special projects as assigned.
