Job Overview We are seeking a Tire and after market Wheels to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and possess the necessary skills to provide exceptional service to our customers. Duties - Able to find the correct fitment for the customers. - Fast learner, contact and respond to online leads with our CRM - Assist customers in selecting appropriate tires for their vehicles - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Utilize retail math skills for transactions - Operate a cash register and handle cash transactions Requirements - Experience in a dealership or tire shop is preferred - Knowledge of tire sales and services - Ability to negotiate with customers effectively - Proficiency in order fulfillment processes - Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems - Strong cash handling skills - Excellent customer service and communication skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $16.00 per hour Schedule: * 8 hour shift Ability to Commute: * Pompano Beach, FL 33069 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Pompano Beach, FL 33069: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
