We are currently seeking a full-time Inside Salesperson at our Lakeland, Florida location. In this role, you will be required to support customers, dealers, and partners in a manner that ensures an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for selling, quoting, and working with the General Manager to schedule installs. As an Inside Salesperson, you will contribute significantly to achieving our revenue targets. A successful candidate will deliver a one-team approach to the customer experience before, during, and after the sale. The Essential Duties of the Role Include: * Handle customers and dealers in a manner that ensures an exceptional customer experience * Connect with commercial customers that come into the location, understand their needs, complete assessments, create full solutions, and ensure all customer follow-up requirements are met * Support the General Manager in creating and executing a strong sales plan * Support the General Manager in the daily operations * Support the Fleet Account Executives to deliver a one-team approach for the customer experience during and after the sale * Collaborate with the Fleet Account Executives to understand the fleet customers' business problem(s) and goals to collectively develop and provide full solutions to the customer * Ensure revenue targets are exceeded. * Ensures compliance with Adrian policies and procedures.
