As an Appointment Support Specialist for our Dealerlogix product, you will play a critical role ensuring our customer concerns and issues are fully resolved. Our customer base is growing, and we're looking for a dedicated, technically-savvy Appointment Specialist to join our team. You'll be on the front lines, helping users solve problems, learn our tools, and get the most out of their experience with us. What You 'll Do: * Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely & professional manner * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues * Provide step-by-step guidance and product education to users * Collaborate with internal teams to identify bugs, feature requests, or system improvements * Document customer interactions and contribute to our internal knowledge base * Track and escalate issues when needed to ensure quick resolution * Advocate for customers by providing feedback to the product and engineering teams What You'll Need: * 1-3 years of customer support, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset * Ability to troubleshoot problems and think analytically * Comfort with learning and explaining new software tools * Experience with support tools like SalesForce a plus Vehlo is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
