Express Wash on Florida is hiring a Sales Associate to join our growing team! Express Wash on Florida joined the community in 2022. Our state-of-the-art car wash provides exceptional automated car wash services with industry leading amenities in a friendly and family-oriented environment. Our Sales Associate role is an outstanding opportunity to grow career building skills while representing a family focused and hospitality-oriented company dedicated to serving its customers and the surrounding community. Responsibilities

:

• Provide a friendly, warm, and inviting environment by making eye contact, smiling, and greeting all members and retail customers
• Communicate with retail customers to identify their needs and answer questions about different wash packages with the intention of selling the highest tier monthly memberships
• Promote annual passes and upgraded membership packages to existing members with the intention of building the highest tier club member base
• Build familiarity with club members and ensure maximum customer satisfaction while consistently meeting daily and monthly sales goals
• Follow established guidelines and procedures when performing any services including but not limited to inspecting vehicles for potential damage or hazardous items, maintaining a clean work environment, and assisting in cleaning the facility

Qualifications

:

• Reliable and punctual
• Effectively communicate and follow directions
• Energetic personality with the desire to work in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in customer service or sales
• Comfort working outdoors, standing for extended periods of time, and moving frequently throughout the shift
• Scheduling flexibility including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Typical shifts are 4-6 hours
• Willingness to follow company dress code and operational guidelines
• Bilingual Spanish / English (preferred)
