Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing busines and retain and services our clients in the specified region. Responsibilities: * Generates and develops new business to meet specified production goals. * Maintains and nurtures existing client relationships. * Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of Plumbing and HVAC Services * Provides timely and accurate reports as required * Attends and participates in business/trade events that impact business unit. * Attends and participates in team strategic sales meetings. * Performs other related duties as assigned by management. Requirements: - Proven experience in sales and customer relations - Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to speak Spanish is a plus - Proven track record of successful sales performance - Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills - Customer service-oriented mindset - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Business development mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities We offer competitive compensation, including base salary plus commission, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
