Sales Appointment Coordinator Lumin Fisker of Folsom is on a search for an outstanding Sales Appointment Coordinator to join the Sales Team. We are looking for an energetic personality with excellent phone skills that can help grow our company by helping provide our customers the service and product they deserve. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills (phone, text & email). You are able to connect and build rapport in order to schedule an appointment for an in-person viewing. So, if you are an experienced appointment setter with a strong show rate, we look forward to growing together in leading the charge in providing the best car buying experience in the greater Sacramento area and beyond. Job Duties Include: * Answer prospect and customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments. * Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat systems. * Provide customers with initial product information, direct them to the appropriate dealership resources and most importantly schedule sales appointments. * Present initial solutions to customer's needs and provide a great experience to build trust. * Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or that did not show. * Participate in team & process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management. * Utilize CRM tracking system by keeping accurate records, using the information to extract opportunities and to manage customer relationship to create loyalty. Qualifications & Job Requirements: * 2+ years of sales appointment setting experience preferred but not required. * Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation/closing skills. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment. * Strong written and communication skills. * Consistent and stable work history. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record. * Professional appearance and work ethic. * Able to write and speak English (Bilingual a plus) * At least one previous role based in sales focused environment (mobile sales). * Team player attitude * Prompt and courteous * Enthusiastic personality * Must have strong computer skills Requirements: - California Sales License required - Valid Driver License and a clean driving record required -Working weekends is a must. - Bilingual is a plus!
