Summary: POMS Med Spa, a distinguished name in modern cosmetic medicine, is actively seeking a motivated and personable Front Desk Sales Associate to join our prestigious team. As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional experience while driving sales and client retention in our premier aesthetic clinics. Responsibilities: * Client Reception: * Greet and welcome clients with a warm and professional demeanor. * Create a hospitable and inviting atmosphere at the front desk that encourages clients to explore our services. * Appointment Scheduling and Sales: * Efficiently manage and schedule client appointments using the clinic's booking system. * Actively promote our services and products during appointment scheduling to increase sales. * Coordinate with clinicians and aesthetic professionals to optimize appointment availability and sales opportunities. * Phone and Email Communication: * Answer and direct phone calls courteously, identifying sales opportunities in every interaction. * Respond to client inquiries and appointment requests via email with accuracy and promptness, offering personalized service recommendations. * Client Check-In/Check-Out: * Facilitate a smooth check-in and check-out process for clients, using these interactions to upsell products and services. * Inform clients about promotions and special packages at check-out. * Administrative and Sales Support: * Assist in various administrative tasks, including maintaining client records, managing paperwork, and keeping the reception area organized. * Participate in promoting the clinic's services and products, actively contributing to meeting sales targets. * Client Relations and Sales: * Build positive relationships with clients, identifying their needs and offering appropriate solutions that drive sales. * Be an ambassador for the brand, fostering client loyalty and satisfaction. * Multitasking with a Sales Focus: * Effectively manage multiple tasks at the front desk, balancing client interactions, phone calls, and administrative responsibilities, always with a focus on sales. Requirements: * Customer Service and Sales Skills: * Exceptional customer service and interpersonal sales techniques. * Organizational Abilities: * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify sales opportunities. * Communication Skills: * Clear and effective verbal and written communication, with the ability to persuade and close sales. * Team Collaboration: * Ability to collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, sharing information and sales strategies. * Adaptability: * Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and results-oriented work environment.
