Duties * Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments. * Engage in telemarketing efforts to promote our products and services. * Negotiate terms and close deals with potential customers. * Utilize Salesforce to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities. * Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to closing. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and competitor offerings. Skills * Proven experience in business development or a related field. * Strong outbound calling and telemarketing skills. * Excellent negotiation abilities with a focus on closing deals. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred. * Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients. * Background in technology sales is advantageous. * Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
