Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Answer customer inquiries via email and phone in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner. * Enter customer orders, answer technical questions, resolve discrepancies & generates sales quotations * Perform all assigned tasks in a safe, efficient, timely, accurate and highly productive manner according to Company policy. * Maintain good attendance. Qualifications * Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
