Vinx Pest Control is looking for driven, high-performing Sales Representatives to join our rapidly growing team. This commission-only role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive on closing leads and delivering exceptional results. If you are a top closer with a proven track record in sales, we want to hear from you. What We Offer * Commission only position. Commissions are uncapped. * Expected to make $60,000-$80,000+ dependent on performance. * Health insurance stipend * 401k * Paid time off * Strong growth opportunities (we plan to grow nearly 50% next year alone!) Key Responsibilities * Convert inbound and outbound leads into loyal customers. * Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business, often handling customer cancellation calls * Make light outbound calls to engage potential leads (as inbound leads grow) * Leverage experience in leading or managing sales teams to enhance overall performance. Strong potential for the inside sales team to grow with leadership opportunities over time * Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in our CRM system Qualifications * Proven track record of closing leads in a competitive sales environment * Strong communication, computer software, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks * A passion for sales and customer satisfaction * Experience in managing or leading sales teams is a strong plus * In-office position - traditional hours (9-5, M-F) - some potential for flexible hours earlier in the morning or later in the night.
