In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and fostering relationships with potential clients in the residential sector. Duties * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. * Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly. * Present product offerings effectively to potential clients, demonstrating the value and benefits of our services. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns promptly. * Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system to report on progress and outcomes. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our services.
