Overview We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repair and restoration, with the ability to work on various vehicle makes and models. Responsibilities * Perform comprehensive auto body repairs, including frame straightening and panel replacement. * Utilize power tools and welding equipment to repair and restore vehicles to their original condition. * Conduct auto estimating to assess damage and determine the necessary repairs. * Assemble and disassemble vehicle parts as needed for repairs. * Execute auto painting tasks, ensuring a smooth finish that meets quality standards. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. Experience * Proven experience in auto body repair and restoration is preferred. * Proficiency in vehicle maintenance and mechanical knowledge is essential. * Familiarity with welding techniques and the ability to operate power tools effectively. * Previous experience in auto estimating is a plus but not mandatory. * A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship are crucial for success in this role.
