Job Overview Diamond Tools USA is a leading distributor of premium diamond tools - saw blades, core bits and floor prep - for asphalt/concrete and masonry contractors to tile and stone fabricators. Proudly representing the most sought after brands such as Husqvarna, Makita, Bosch and many more. As territory Sales Representative you will be expected to promote Diamond Tools USA products through direct sales to potential customers at clients location or job sites Duties * Manage and grow existing client accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities through lead generation. * Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the territory. * Engage in inside sales activities, including presentations and product demonstrations. * Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve business development goals. * Update CRM with client information * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends. Requirements * Proven experience in account management or territory sales, preferably within the industrial sector * Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and techniques. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals. * Experience in technical sales is a plus, as well as familiarity with market dynamics. * Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and the ability to work independently. * Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track performance.
