USA Lab is seeking a friendly, hands-on, and customer-focused Front Sales Associate to join our team. This role is essential to creating a welcoming in-store experience, helping customers find the products they need, and ensuring our retail space is fully stocked and organized. You'll be the face of our storefront--guiding customers, supporting sales, and maintaining product presentation.

Responsibilities

:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with product selection based on their needs and applications.
• Answer customer questions in person and over the phone with professionalism and product knowledge.
• Prepare and write accurate in-store sales quotes as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves and ensuring products are labeled correctly.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse or purchasing team when stock is low.
• Process purchases and returns at the front desk/register area.
• Resolve minor customer concerns on the spot and escalate when necessary.
• Stay up to date with USA Lab products, including new arrivals and technical features.
• Support the team in achieving in-store sales goals and delivering a great customer experience.

Requirements

:

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable attitude with a passion for helping people.
• Comfortable working on your feet, lifting boxes (up to 50 lbs), and stocking shelves.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic computer skills for handling quotes, sales entry, and inventory tracking. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
