FREE LANCERS: MARKETING / SALES Job Description Rimage Solutions is looking for free-lance qualified marketing candidates to join our marketing/advertising team. This engagement is expected for 3 to 12 months. Objective : The free-lancer will be responsible for assisting the organization in the development and implementation of its sales/marketing, business development, and public relations plans. This will be accomplished through developing, maintaining and expanding marketing channels/methodologies to the professional business community in Central Florida. Reports to : CEO Primary Responsibilities Assist with business development in Polk County per the company's marketing strategy Assist with managing a (CRM) Customer Relationship Management System (Enter contact information and updates into contact management systems) Generate sales leads and prepare presentations Assist with execution of marketing events, expos and trade shows Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials both on and offline Provide support to social media initiatives of the company *Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills required Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment Must have minimum prior experience of two years, excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism and follow-up skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Internet, and Outlook required Ability to learn web applications developed by the company for effective demos Ability to work independently and as part of a team Local candidates living in Polk County (Florida) preferred* * RESUME SUBMISSION : by email only to [please apply online] ABOUT THE COMPANY : Rimage Solutions is a (Florida M/WBE) custom software and professional IT services firm based in Central Florida, specializing in custom web application development, Software as a Service (SaaS), website design, architecture, consultancy and cloud based hosting.
