We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Dispensary Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail dispensary environment. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, assisting them with their shopping needs, educate them in the benefits of cannabis and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in ordering products in the store.
• Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Maintain well-stocked shelves by supervising stock levels and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Assist in organizing product displays to promote sales and enhance visual appeal.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Utilize phone etiquette to handle calls professionally and assist customers over the phone when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this skill can enhance communication with diverse customers.
• Educate customers on cannabinoids and terpenes.
• Assisting with packaging and inventory needs. Experience
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers and team members.
• Experience with cash handling is a plus, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
• Familiarity with dispensary operations or sales techniques is advantageous.
• Ability to supervise stock management effectively while maintaining an organized workspace.
