Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and service-driven professional to join our team as a Listing & Sales Assistant. This dual-role position supports a small group of yacht brokers by managing both the administrative aspects of yacht listings and the daily operations of the sales process. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining high-quality listings, facilitating client communications, and assisting with contracts, closings, and events such as boat shows. Key Responsibilities: Listing Management: * Manage and maintain yacht listings, ensuring all information is accurate, complete, and professionally presented. * Coordinate with brokers to obtain documentation, photos, and specifications for each listing. * Upload and update listings across company websites, MLS systems, and marketing platforms. * Support marketing efforts by providing listing information for promotional materials and advertisements. * Prepare and proofread listing agreements, contracts, and related documents. Sales Assistance & Client Relations: * Act as a liaison between clients and brokers, maintaining professional and friendly communications. * Use discretion and independent judgment when reviewing sales contracts and documentation. * Provide top-tier customer service to internal and external clients. * Manage CRM database entries, ensuring timely updates to pricing, location, and availability of listings. * Coordinate showings, inspections, and prepare client presentations and announcements. * Assist with local boat shows and special events, including occasional travel and onsite support. General Administrative Support: * Handle ad hoc administrative tasks including travel arrangements, front desk duties, and broker support. * Ensure timely responses and follow-ups on various tasks in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: * Minimum 2 years of administrative or sales support experience, preferably in the marine or luxury industries. * Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; experience with CRM systems required. * Familiarity with yacht listing platforms and industry terminology is a plus. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred (relevant experience may be considered in lieu). * Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in a second language is a plus. * Experience in contract preparation or closing processes preferred. * Willingness to travel and assist during boat shows. Work Environment: Primarily office-based with occasional outdoor and on-site work aboard yachts or at marinas.
