Account Executives will manage a database of prospective B2B clients and make outbound sales calls to generate new business relationships. We offer a competitive bonus structure (which includes hourly base, commission, and residual income), and the right candidate can realistically reach a 6-figure income quickly. Job Responsibilities Prospecting and Lead Generation * Create new business relationships via outbound calls while continuing to nurture existing relationships Client Engagement and Pipeline Management * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and product knowledge * Conduct presentations to showcase our merchant services solutions and effectively explain cost-saving solutions to business owners Need Analysis and Sales Negotiation * Conduct in-depth needs assessment to understand client's payment processing challenges * Collaborate with our team to create compelling proposals, negotiate terms and close deals * Maintain integrity throughout the sales process through full disclosure of rates and fees Training and Development * Stay updated on industry trends, and emerging technologies * Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills Desired Skills & Experience: * A candidate who is motivated and has a competitive spirit! * Self-starters with excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proven experience growing new relationships in target markets (B2B preferred) * Ability to develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services * Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and CRM database (Salesforce preferred) * Experience in merchant service or credit card processing (preferred but not required) What we offer: * Hourly Base and Bonus Commissions on all activated accounts! * Monthly Residual Commission from all activated accounts! * Uncapped earning potential * On-going industry and sales training * Lead database of niche B2B businesses * Weekend Getaway with extra bonus for those who qualify for President's Club! * 401k program with company match * Health benefits (medical, dental, and vision) * Dynamic work culture with quarterly team events * Community involvement with charitable giveback days * A high-energy environment with a team of like-minded individuals * Accreditation through the *Electronic Transactions Association: CPP Certification Program *Completing the ETA CPP program signifies that an individual has demonstrated the knowledge and skills required to perform competently in today's complex electronic payments environment.
