We are seeking an energetic and organized individual to join our Customer Care Team as a Call Center Representative. This role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and supporting our company's growth. Responsibilities * Answer incoming calls and represent HomeSpec by setting service and sales appointments. * Follow up with customers to address and resolve various issues. * Provide tactical support to other departments within the company. * Maintain and update customer records and databases. * Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services. * Deliver a remarkable experience to every customer interaction. Qualifications * Minimum of one year of experience in the customer service field. * Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills. * Experience with SalesForce and other computer applications is preferred. * Ability to work 10am-6pm Monday-Friday and rotating Saturdays. * Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
