We are seeking an energetic and organized individual to join our Customer Care Team as a Call Center Representative. This role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and supporting our company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and represent HomeSpec by setting service and sales appointments.
• Follow up with customers to address and resolve various issues.
• Provide tactical support to other departments within the company.
• Maintain and update customer records and databases.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
• Deliver a remarkable experience to every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in the customer service field.
• Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with SalesForce and other computer applications is preferred.
• Ability to work 10am-6pm Monday-Friday and rotating Saturdays.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Compensation

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour plus commission
