Sales Associate Wanted Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 ++ per hour About the Role: National Marine Suppliers, a leading provider in the mega yacht industry for over 30 years, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associate to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and fulfill customer order requests promptly and accurately. * Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and anticipating client needs. * Collaborate with the receiving and shipping teams to meet strategic goals. * Conduct market research to offer clients the most comprehensive product selections. * Negotiate with vendors to ensure competitive trade pricing. * Maintain clear and professional communication with vendors and clients. * Ensure compliance with internal processes and contribute to continuous improvement. * Perform other job-related duties as assigned. What We 're Looking For: * Familiarity with the marine industry is preferred but not required. * At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a similar setting. * Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral. * Experience in multitasking and managing client relationships. * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: * Proof of eligibility to work in the United States. Schedule: * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. * Occasional flexibility may be required for industry events.
