As a Fitness Sales Associate, your goal is to increase membership numbers through member referrals, cold calls, and walk-in visits. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service and sales skills, a positive attitude, and a love of fitness. Responsibilities * Greet members, guests, and prospective members as they arrive at the gym * Answer phone calls and assist members * Communicate with leads and potential members through calls, texts, emails, and in-person meetings * Provide an excellent onboarding experience * Assist members with resolving any concerns or complaints Qualifications * High school diploma/GED required * Previous customer service or sales experience * Proficient in MS Office and other computer programs * Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills * Excellent organizational and time management skills
