Job Summary: We're seeking a dynamic Luxury Sales Representative who thrives in a competitive environment and is driven to hunt for new business. This role is perfect for a self-starter with a keen eye for opportunity and a relentless drive to exceed sales goals. You will be tasked with aggressively expanding our customer base while nurturing existing relationships, ensuring BRAVAS remains the go-to name in luxury home automation. Responsibilities: * Drive New Business: Proactively seek and secure new customers within your assigned territory. * Exceed Sales Quotas: Consistently meet and surpass assigned sales targets through strategic outreach and relentless follow-up. * Identify Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients; utilize cold calling, site visits, and networking via email and LinkedIn to initiate contact. * KPI Management: Meet required KPIs, including outreach volume, proposal generation, and pipeline closures. * Sales Process Adherence: Maintain meticulous records in CRM, ensuring leads are entered, pricing is accurate, and weekly forecasts are submitted. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, or a related field or equivalent work experience * Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas * Have extensive experience closing new business * Extensive experience working in a CRM * Self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills * Must be able to travel within the region approximately 25% of the time * Must be able to pass a criminal background check Knowledge, Skills/Abilities: * Self-motivated, data-driven, and a proactive approach to generating new business * Ability to establish and maintain a professional relationship with customers/prospects * Professional phone, in-person, and written communication skills * Ability to present information in front of groups Physical Requirements: * Prolonged periods of sitting in a car, on a plane, or at a desk and working on a computer. * Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
