Compensation

: $18.00 per hour + Monthly Bonus Opportunities Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours per Week | Operating Hours: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM Daily

Overview

: We are seeking a Product and Leasing Specialist to join our growing team. This is a full-time, hourly position with the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses. In this role, you will engage with guests, educate them about Polestar's all-electric vehicles, and assist them through the leasing or purchasing process in a professional, no-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

:

• Greet and engage customers, providing outstanding service and information about Polestar vehicles
• Assist customers with product knowledge, test drives, and leasing/purchasing options
• Maintain a clean and professional showroom appearance
• Follow up with clients to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Participate in product training and stay informed on electric vehicle industry trends

Qualifications

:

• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Outstanding customer service abilities
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Bilingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply
• Automotive experience is a plus but not required - we provide training! What We Offer:
