Product and Leasing Specialist - Polestar Tampa Location: Tampa, FL Compensation: $18.00 per hour + Monthly Bonus Opportunities Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours per Week | Operating Hours: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM Daily About Us: Polestar Tampa is a forward-thinking electric vehicle retailer offering an innovative sales experience. Position Overview: We are seeking a Product and Leasing Specialist to join our growing team. This is a full-time, hourly position with the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses. In this role, you will engage with guests, educate them about Polestar's all-electric vehicles, and assist them through the leasing or purchasing process in a professional, no-pressure environment. Responsibilities: * Greet and engage customers, providing outstanding service and information about Polestar vehicles * Assist customers with product knowledge, test drives, and leasing/purchasing options * Maintain a clean and professional showroom appearance * Follow up with clients to ensure a seamless customer experience * Participate in product training and stay informed on electric vehicle industry trends Qualifications: * Professional appearance and strong communication skills * Outstanding customer service abilities * Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record * Bilingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply * Automotive experience is a plus but not required - we provide training!
