Seeking a dedicated , Inside Phone Salesperson with ecommerce background. The right person for this position provides excellent phone skills as well as the ability to navigate the back end of business websites also strong email aptitude and communication skills. This position involves following up on online orders with customers to confirm they have purchased the correct item, explaining any differences to include processing additional payments when required. You would also be responsible for setting up accounts in our in house ERP, Invoicing the sales as well as coordinating orders with vendors. Lastly providing excellent customer service following up on orders placed, providing tracking to customers and handling any issue that arise with the delivery of their orders. Must have the ability to listen to detail over the phone, ask and answer questions, problem solve, and use a high-volume phone system.
