We are in search of an exceptional Healthcare Recruiter/Sales Professional to join our growing team. Healthcare Recruiter/Sales Professional Responsibilities: * Primary focus will be on the recruitment of healthcare providers including Physicians, Nurses, Advanced Practice, and other clinical roles. * Generate a high volume of outbound calls daily. * Recruit qualified healthcare professionals utilizing the internet, job boards, cold calls, and referrals. * Screen and interview qualified candidates. * Stay connected with candidates throughout the entire hiring process. * Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to generate referrals and sales leads. Required Qualifications : * Minimum 2 years' sales or recruitment experience. * Entrepreneurial drive with a hunter mindset. * Exceptional customer service skills. * Strong team player with enthusiasm and self-motivation. * Ability to set and surpass goals. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Creative and innovative thinking.
