Ron Bouchard's Auto Stores is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Internet Sales Business Development Agent to join our team. If you have a passion for the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and a knack for building relationships, this may be the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for a candidate with afternoon and early evening availability to work our closing shifts. As an Automotive BDC Representative , you will be directly responsible for monitoring, following up with potential customer inquiries received via the internet, phone. Outstanding customer service, organization, and follow- through are required. If you have experience as an appointment setter and/or call center experience, we'd love to hear from you! Job Responsibilities: * Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email or text) * Manage Internet sales leads, respond to inquiries in a timely fashion. * Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives. * Disclosing terms of sales with consumers and reviewing sales with dealership management Compensation and Benefits: * Competitive compensation packages * Two weeks of paid time off to start, with paid holidays * Comprehensive Health, Dental and Vision insurance plans * 401(K), Roth 401(K) and company match * Employee discounts Job Requirements: * Previous customer service experience * Previous call center and/or Internet sales experience a plus * Sales experience is a plus, NOT required * Requires strong communication skills in order to work most effectively with customers Why work for us?
