Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers . You will assist with product demonstrations, manage cash handling, and ensure the store is well-stocked and organized. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability.
• Conduct product demonstrations to engage customers and promote sales.
• Upsell products by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable items.
• Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.
• Adhere to all company policies regarding cash handling and customer service.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers is essential.
• Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions.
• Ability to effectively upsell products based on customer preferences.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
