Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers . You will assist with product demonstrations, manage cash handling, and ensure the store is well-stocked and organized. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs. * Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately. * Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability. * Conduct product demonstrations to engage customers and promote sales. * Upsell products by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable items. * Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism. * Adhere to all company policies regarding cash handling and customer service. Qualifications * Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers is essential. * Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail. * Excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions. * Ability to effectively upsell products based on customer preferences. * Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
