Your primary focus will be to assist customers with their purchases, provide product demonstrations, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. * Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Process transactions accurately using the cash register and point-of-sale (POS) systems. * Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring accurate cash handling practices. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product offerings to better assist customers. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance store performance. * Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked at all times. Experience * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and retail math calculations. * Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience operating cash registers or POS systems is a plus. * A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
