Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Process transactions accurately using the cash register and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product offerings to better assist customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance store performance.
• Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked at all times. Experience
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and retail math calculations.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience operating cash registers or POS systems is a plus.
