Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks and supporting various departments as needed. Responsibilities * Manage sales templates, presentations, proposals, and contracts, and maintain organized documentation for easy retrieval. * Provide clerical support for sales team, including managing email correspondence. * Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. * Make phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. * Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. * Provide outstanding customer service to external clients and Internal team members. Qualifications * Proven experience in an office environment or a similar administrative role. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Proficient computer literacy, including familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Zoho CRM). * Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail. * Demonstrated phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. * Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable. This job is a 1099 independent contractor position. All taxes are the responsibility of the contractor. There are no benefits available. This job is primarily work from home with an occasional office visit or company event.
