As the largest smoke shop in the region, we take pride in providing exceptional customer service and delivering the highest quality products to our community. We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. Job Overview: As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our customers. You'll assist customers in finding the products they need, educate them on new products, and ensure a positive and friendly shopping experience. Your knowledge and passion for the industry will help us maintain our reputation as the go-to smoke shop in the area. Key Responsibilities: * Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and providing recommendations. * Assist customers with product selection and demonstrate product knowledge (training will be provided). * Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment. * Process transactions and handle cash/register with accuracy. * Stay informed about new product offerings and promotions. * Ensure shelves and displays are stocked, clean, and properly organized. * Help with inventory management and restocking products. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. * Promote a safe and welcoming environment for all customers. Qualifications: * Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. * Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. * Ability to learn quickly and stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge. * Must be at least 21 years old. * A passion for the smoke shop industry is a plus. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
