Responsibilities

-Effectively communicate our value during in-home product demonstrations -Assist homeowners with solution based consultative sales approach -Measure windows & doors, analyzing the home improvement project and answering construction related questions -Foster customer interactions via follow up calls and emails throughout the project life cycle. -Following up on past consultations, quotes and completed jobs -Seek out referrals from customers and community contacts -Track and monitor performance against quotas Required Skills -3 years' experience in outside sales or B2B relationship management -Ability to think critically and solve problems -Self-starter, motivated to succeed -An interest in home improvement, remodeling -Comfortability using an iPad for presenting and utilizing company CRM -Excellent communication skills, professional mannerism, and diligent follow through. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
