Summary: An Inside Sales Associate job in Tualatin , OR is available at Milgard Windows and Doors. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Associate to join our sales team. You will have a passion for sales and customer service, with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. In addition, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building lasting relationships with our customers. The hourly compensation is $23.50. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred. * Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related field; experience in the window and door industry is a plus. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. * Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
