Inside Sales/Customer Service Specialist $52,000 -$57,000 medical, dental, life, vision, vaca days, sick days, holidays, etc.. Corporate offices are in Germany. Integral role in our customer support department where you will use your training, wisdom, and experience to quickly adapt to customer needs and to deliver a human and consultative support experience through creative problem solving. You will be developing a robust knowledge of our products to effectively resolve issues on behalf of customers. You will diagnose issues and engage with other departments to troubleshoot and solve customer questions. On a daily basis you will be answering how to questions as well as helping customers navigate a variety of ways to resolve questions as you communicate thoughtful, customize solutions. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $52,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
