Full description of the position

We are seeking a full-time Marketing & Sales Associate to help support lead engagement, outreach, and conversion efforts for a variety of specialized services. This is a confidential listing based in Odessa, FL (ZIP 33556).

About the Role

: You'll be part of a collaborative team working to engage new clients, follow up on inquiries, and support external outreach and internal marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has a background in sales or client services , preferably within the medical, beauty, or aesthetic industries.

Key Responsibilities

:

  • Engage with leads through phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Follow up with prospective clients and track progress toward conversion
  • Support digital marketing campaigns and service promotions
  • Coordinate client communication, appointment follow-up, and CRM updates
  • Collaborate with the internal team to help drive growth and brand visibility What We 're Looking For:
  • Strong communication and client engagement skills
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Experience in sales, marketing, and customer service (preferred in medical or beauty industries)
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and lead tracking systems
  • A genuine interest in wellness, aesthetics, or self-improvement services
