We're looking for a driven Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential--perfect for a self-starter who thrives on turning cold calls into high-value deals. If you're hungry for success, love building relationships, and want to work with luxury clients, this is your opportunity Duties * Prospect & Close: Conduct outbound calls to luxury real estate agents, pitching our custom web design services and securing deals. * Build Relationships: Establish trust with high-end clients, understanding their needs and positioning our services as the ultimate solution. * Drive Sales: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets--your commission grows with every deal you close. * Collaborate: Work closely with our design team to ensure client expectations are met and projects are smoothly handed off. * Stay Ahead: Keep up with industry trends to confidently speak to the value of premium web design in real estate.
