Responsibilities

: As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will:

• Meet with property owners to sell roof replacement jobs.
• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assist homeowners in navigating the insurance claims process.
• Generate leads through door knocking and prospecting in neighborhoods affected by hail damage or where McCoy Roofing is active.

Compensation

: Our sales associates are highly compensated based on their performance and dedication to building relationships and closing sales. Top performers can earn $250k or more annually, with average earnings around $125k.

• Training and Support : We provide comprehensive training and the tools you need to succeed. No prior sales experience is required.
